We opened our doors in January 2026 with one belief — that most people have never truly experienced the potential of their innate intelligence.
The name isn't an accident. 'Culture' is the whole point — we're here to shift the culture around what chiropractic is. Away from the quick fix. Towards something that actually lasts: nervous-system-centred care that grows with you through every stage of life.
What sets us apart is where we look. Most care chases the symptom — the sore back, the stiff neck, the headache. We look at the nervous system underneath it, because that's the system running everything else. When it's working as it should, the body has a remarkable ability to heal, adapt and perform.
We chose Hackney in January 2026 for a reason — East London values care that's genuine and considered, not rushed. Between us we cover a lot of ground: Corey with athletes and high performers who ask everything of their bodies, Nadia with pregnancy care across every trimester and family care from newborns up, drawn from growing up in a chiropractic family herself.
From Hackney and Dalston to London Fields, Bethnal Green, Shoreditch, Clapton, Homerton, Cambridge Heath and Victoria Park — we look after all of them. Newborn or elite athlete, expecting mum or someone who's quietly felt 'off' for years: same warmth, same attention, every time.
“Our mission is to change the culture around chiropractic — to move it from a quick fix for pain to a lifelong practice of nervous-system health. — We're here to show people what their body is truly capable of when it's fully supported, at every stage of life.”
You're not broken. Your body is intelligent, adaptive and self-regulating — it already knows how to heal. Our job isn't to fix you; it's to clear the interference that's stopping your body doing what it's built to do.
Every function in your body — movement, digestion, immunity, mood, sleep, energy — is governed by your nervous system. When it is free of restriction, everything works better. That is where we focus.
Pain shows up late. By the time you feel it, your body's usually been compensating for months or years. So we work with people before pain arrives — and with those who've lived in it for years — because the root cause is always the thing worth chasing.
There's no quick fix here, and we won't pretend otherwise. Real health gets built — through consistent care, honest conversations and a plan that changes as you do. We're not after temporary relief; we're after a new baseline that holds.
Two chiropractors. One shared belief. Both registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
Corey brings a warm, grounded approach to every session. With a deep belief in the body's innate intelligence, he works to understand the whole person — not just the symptom — and create lasting change from the inside out. His background in sport and passion for football and running shapes how he thinks about the body as a dynamic, adaptable system capable of far more than most people ever experience.
Corey co-founded Culture Chiropractic with one mission: to show people what chiropractic really is, and what the body is truly capable of.

Nadia grew up in a chiropractic family — both her parents are chiropractors. Care for the nervous system and the body's innate intelligence has been part of her world for as long as she can remember. That upbringing shaped not just her career but her whole philosophy: that the body, given the right conditions, knows how to heal.
Nadia has a specialist passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and women's health, as well as caring for babies, children and whole families.
