We retain clinical records for a minimum of 8 years from the date of last treatment (or until age 25 for patients who were minors when treated), in line with NHS and General Chiropractic Council (GCC) guidance.

  • Financial records: 6 years in line with HMRC requirements
  • Website analytics data: up to 26 months (Google Analytics default)
  • General correspondence: 2 years from last contact
